Workers Compensation

If you have been injured at work, your employer may now be viewing you as 'the bad guy'
even though you had no intention to get hurt at work. (If it was intentional, you need more
help than I can give you!) The workers compensation policy that covers your employer pays
for an adjuster and an attorney whose job is to limit your benefits. Whether you like it or not,
you are stuck in the work comp system, which is an unfair and outdated system.

The good news is that workers compensation does provide you with medical treatment and
compensation. The bad news is that if you don't have an attorney, you are likely to get
shortchanged.

I would be happy to talk to you about your situation. If I can help, great. If I can't, I'll tell you so.
Since 2005, I have represented injured workers almost exclusively. Before that, I worked for
one of the biggest workers compensation defense firms in the state. What that means to
you is that I know what that attorney hired by the insurance company is up to - because I use
to be one of them. I find representing injured workers much more rewarding and I am
passionate about making a difference for my clients.
